Cut all the pieces from the fabrics:
Pieces A, D and E make the face and ears. You need 2 A’s, 1 B and 4 E’s cut out of linen. If you are using a fabric with a wrong side make use you cut mirror image A pieces.
Pieces B (cut2) and C (cut1) make the hat. Cut them out of red felt. Also cut 4 gloves (I) and 4 Boots (J) from the felt.
Finally out of the cotton ticking you’ll need 1 G piece for the front of the body and another piece H that you must cut yourself (not on pattern). H is a rectangle measuring 2.5”x 9.5” and it is used as the back of the body.
You’ll also cut the arms and legs yourself making 8 rectangles (F) measuring 2”x6” out of ticking.
