A few patterns that caught my eyes:
I really like both the skirt's fullness in the front (but not the back) and the simple blue top. I might be inclined to mathe the top first actually... More ruffles with this one below, I never have too many tiered skirts, The fabric choices scare me though...

You could probably pull off either one but I don't ever think it's a good sign when the sample they have on the model makes the model look chubby (top red skirt). Maybe it is just the angle they have her at. The bottom one is adorable! What kind of fabric will you be making it out of?
