I have a few patterns that are about to be posted at the Sewing Republic very soon and I can't help myself but share a sneak peek with you:
I made those little trays out of a free Moda bag picked-up at Quilt Market when it was in Portland. That trip was truly memorable, I met Denise Schmidt, Amy Butler, Heather Ross, Anna Maria Horner etc... and actually got to really talk with some of them. Denise seemed pretty shy but nice while Heather was very comfortable talking to total strangers and very friendly. It doesn't hurt that Portland is the place for me. As in "This is the place!"
(wink)

Very nice Juliette!

Adorable! I've had little trays like these in my mind for months, but haven't sat down to make them. I thought they would be cute in the bathroom drawers for bobby pins, etc. Can't wait for the tutorial!

Incredible, I was just thinking of making these trays! They look great in that fabric!

Thanks for the link- I hadn't seen Sewing Republic but it looks great! I was at that Market too and didn't get to meet Denyse but chatted for awhile with Heather _ she is so warm and friendly! There is always room for one more crafty sewist here in PDX.

I need to keep my eyes out for NW events better as I live in Tacoma. Your blog is really great, I'm glad I came across it.

I like this as a travel souvenir, and I LOVE the idea that I could make this out of used tea-towels. I can see myself do the latter.... later.
